By any purchase and using any of our services, you agree that you have read and understood our terms and conditions and agree to be legally bound and abide by the terms set forth. So, before you place an order on our Website or use our services, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or its services.

1. Information on the website
The information provided on the Website or through our services is given for informational purposes only and is not intended to cure or prevent any disease.
Information given on our Website is not a substitute for professional medical expert advice or treatment of any disease. So you should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have about your medical health instead of trying anything by your choice.

We provide a link to third-party websites, our online payment service partners, which process your Net Banking and Credit/Debit Card payments, respectively. We are not responsible for the availability or proper functioning of such linked pages or sites, and we will not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience encountered as a result of using such Website link as they are beyond the control of omsdelhi.

4. Website Availability
We take all the required steps to make sure that our website is available to you 24*7. However, the Website may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server or other technical error as these are beyond our control so we shall not be responsible for an uninterrupted access to our Website or its services in that case, but do not worry as still in that case we will be at your touch via email or call regarding your order or services you have asked for.

5. Terms of Sale
omsdelhi reserves the right to discontinue any program/offer or service offered on its Website.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, old price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or information received from our vendors, omsdelhi will have the right to modify/cancel the order or to ask for price difference for orders placed for product listed at the incorrect/old price.
We do not stock anything with us; so after getting your order, we arrange ordered product from our vendors or companies. So in case if a product shortage is there then it may take more than the given time for the order delivery or later, if a product is found to be unavailable, then omsdelhi will have full rights to cancel & refund the amount of the order.
So there is no guarantee that if you have paid for the order then you will get the order for sure.
NOTE: Once the order is arranged/shipped, there would be no order cancellation/refund.

6.Prescription requirement
As per the Drug and Cosmetic Act and Rules, we don’t process orders for Schedule X, Schedule H, Schedule H1 and other habit-forming drugs without a valid prescription from a registered medical Doctor. So for such orders, the prescription should be ready with the customer or else we would not process the order.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
omsdelhi makes no warranties, guarantees, representations or statements of any kind regarding the website, the products sold on the website or its services, the information contained on the website, your information transmitted over our system.

8. Shipping & delivery
Shipping charges are given on the website apply to the order’s package weight up to 500gm. If the weight exceeds 500gm, then you will have to pay more for the shipping as per the charges are given below. In such case, our team will inform you before shipping.
Shipping charges as per the order package’s weight are given below:-
8.1 Normal shipping charge (for whole India)=Rs.99 for the first 500 gm, then Rs.99 for each 500 gm. Delivery time: 4 – 5 working days once we ship.

8.2 Express Shipping charges (for whole India)=Rs.499 for the first 500 gm, then Rs.299 for each 500 gm. Delivery time: 2 – 3 working days once we ship.

* We do not stock anything with us; so after getting your order, we arrange ordered product from vendors or companies. So in case if a product shortage is there or if there are some service area related issues after the shipment, then it may take more than the given time for the order delivery or later, if a product is found to be unavailable, then omsdelhi will have full rights to cancel & refund the amount of the order.

So there is no guarantee that if you have paid for the order then you will get the order for sure.

9. Refund & cancellations
At omsdelhi.com, We always try our level best to make your experience best with us & for the same reason we have a dedicated team of experts who check every single order before its shipment but still in 1% case if you get something wrong then we will do a full refund of your amount based on the conditions listed below:

  • You received an expired product;
  • You received a damaged item;
  • You received a wrong item;
  • The ordered item is lost or damaged in transit.

Note: If you see that the courier/delivery person is giving you the damaged item, then do not accept the delivery of that product because we do not guarantee any refund or replacement in case if you accept the damaged item.

9.1 We will do refund only if:-
1)    Product to be returned is unused & is in its original condition with the proper number of packs/strips which had been shipped.
2)    It’s available with its original price tags, labels, and bar code. In the case of strips, only full unopened strips can be returned.

9.2 To Request a Refund:-
To request a refund, you need to simply call, email or Whats App us your order number or contact number, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund.

NOTE
In case of order cancellation: You will get slightly lesser amount than the amount paid by you & this is because the refund is initiated by the system after adjusting the 1-3% transaction charge in case of order cancellation. We regret the inconvenience caused due to this.
If the payment is made using our default payment gateway, then in that case once we initiate the refund then it will take approx 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday) for the amount credit into his/her account from which the amount was debited.
While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

10. Order Cancellation:-
Here at omsdelhi.com, we totally depend on our vendors for the product arrangement because we do not have any own stock of the products with us. So, if the order cancellation request is received prior to the order being shipped/arranged, a refund will be made after taking cancellation charge of Rs.100 or 10%, whichever is higher.

NOTE:

  1. Once the order is shipped/arranged there will be no order cancellation.
  2. If the order is shipped & still delivery doesn’t happen due to the absence of the customer at the given shipping address, then there will be no order cancellation or refund.
  3. In case if a customer refuses the delivery & return it back then, in that case, we would be unable to refund the shipping charge paid by the customer, ordered item’s cost refund would be based on the conversation with the vendors as once shipped, few items vendors do not take back due to their norms.

11. Liquid items:-
We have a dedicated & an experienced team for the safe packing of liquid items & with that to ship those liquid items we have a tie-up with some of the big shipping companies who know how to handle such items very well but still 1% chance is there that your product may get damaged in transit, So in such a case, we accept no liability and no refund will be processed. 

12. Changes in Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without further notice to you. Any such modification we make shall be effective once we post a revised version of these Terms and Conditions on the Website. It is your responsibility to review our website’s Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the Website will constitute your agreement to follow and be automatically bound by the modified terms and conditions.
