Pricing, Product Availability & Order Changes Product Prices

OMSDelhi makes reasonable efforts to keep product prices and website information updated. However, prices and product availability may change from time to time due to manufacturer updates, supplier pricing, market conditions, taxes, shipping costs, or other factors.

As OMSDelhi may source products from a network of vendors and suppliers rather than maintaining inventory of every product listed on the website, the actual purchase or procurement cost may sometimes differ from the price displayed online.

If the applicable product price changes before the order can be fulfilled, we may contact the customer regarding the revised price before proceeding with the order.

Customers may choose whether to proceed with the order at the revised price, subject to the applicable order and cancellation terms.

Product Sourcing & Availability

OMSDelhi may arrange products from different vendors or suppliers after receiving an order. Product availability may therefore depend on supplier stock, manufacturer availability, and other factors.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, but an order may occasionally be delayed, modified, or cancelled if a product is unavailable or cannot be sourced.

Order Cancellation

Once a product has been specifically arranged or acquired from a vendor for a customer order, cancellation may not be possible because the supplier may not accept the product back.

If the product has not yet been arranged or acquired from the vendor, a cancellation request may be considered and a refund may be issued subject to the applicable cancellation terms.

Where an eligible cancellation is approved, a cancellation charge of ₹100 or 10% of the applicable order amount, whichever is higher, may be deducted from the refund.

Customers are encouraged to contact OMSDelhi as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
