8. Shipping & Delivery

8.1 Standard Shipping — India
Shipping charge: ₹99 for the first 500 grams, followed by ₹99 for each additional 500 grams or applicable increment.
Estimated delivery: Approximately 4–5 working days after dispatch.
8.2 Express Shipping — India
Shipping charge: ₹499 for the first 500 grams, followed by ₹299 for each additional 500 grams or applicable increment.
Estimated delivery: Approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, service-area restrictions, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, product availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If the package exceeds the applicable weight included in the displayed shipping charge, additional shipping charges may apply. Where applicable, our team will contact the customer before dispatch.
International Shipping
International shipping is available only to eligible destinations and is subject to product availability, courier service, customs requirements, import restrictions, and applicable laws.
Customers are responsible for complying with the applicable laws and import requirements of their destination country.
9. Refunds & Returns
OMSDelhi makes reasonable efforts to check orders before dispatch. If a customer receives an eligible incorrect, expired, or damaged product, the matter may qualify for a refund or replacement subject to the conditions of our Refund & Returns Policy.

Refund Eligibility
Where a return is approved, the product generally must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Include the original packaging, labels, price tags, and barcode where applicable.
Contain the same number of packs or strips originally supplied.
Be returned according to the instructions provided by OMSDelhi.
For products supplied in strips, only complete and unopened strips may be eligible for return.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, personal-use, healthcare, or regulatory considerations.

10. Refund Processing
Refunds, where approved, will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the order.
Depending on the payment provider and banking system, it may take approximately 5–7 working days after the refund is initiated for the amount to appear in the customer’s account. Processing times may vary and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, banks, or payment providers.
Where an applicable transaction or processing charge is non-refundable, the refunded amount may be lower than the original amount paid.
11. Order Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact OMSDelhi as soon as possible.
Where a cancellation request is received before the product has been arranged or dispatched, the cancellation may be considered subject to the applicable conditions.
For eligible cancellations, a cancellation charge of ₹100 or 10% of the applicable order amount, whichever is higher, may be deducted from the refund.
Once a product has been arranged from a vendor or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Undelivered or Refused Orders
If an order has been dispatched but delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, has provided an incorrect address, refuses delivery, or otherwise prevents delivery, the order may not qualify for a full refund.
Where a returned shipment is received, any refund will be subject to the applicable product, vendor, shipping, return, and transaction conditions.
Shipping charges already incurred may be non-refundable.
12. Liquid Products
OMSDelhi takes reasonable precautions when packaging liquid products for shipment and may use courier services experienced in handling such products.
However, damage or leakage may occasionally occur during transportation despite appropriate packaging.
Any claim relating to a damaged or leaking liquid product will be reviewed according to the applicable Refund & Returns Policy, courier conditions, and circumstances of the shipment.
